We work as a group to agree on a single set of deal terms and issue a single, clean term sheet. We use market-standard language and have standardised the key elements upfront. This saves time, reduces complexity, and helps everyone stay focused on what matters.

Each member of our group makes their own investment decision and appears as a separate line on the cap table. But when we commit, we commit to funding the entire round. Our members scale their allocations up or down behind the scenes to meet the total, so you’re never left with a gap.
